Another 'hidden gem' on the Tour. Pine Hills GC is a terrific test of golf and the club has many many on-course improvements over recent years, in addition to having built a brand new clubhouse a few years ago.

The course is a bit tricky to find the first time.  It is located about 10 minutes west of the town limits, just off the highway leading to Nordegg. Check their website for their map. Not overly long at 6,150 for the boys, but scores are never very low what with the tree-lined fairways and severely sloping greens.

The #1 handicap hole is #6, a 529-yard par-5 with lateral water hazards down both sides and a narrow, elevated green. Par is an excellent score here!

Tournament is a 9:00 a.m.  shotgun start and a great tuneup ffor Alberta Junior Qualifying events later in the week.

Code of Conduct

The McLennan Ross Sun Junior Golf Tour takes great pride in the quality of its competitors, its host facilities, and the support provided by our Corporate Partners. The efforts of the administrative staff and the volunteers that go into making the Tour so successful demand a very high standard of behavior and decorum from the competitors. We have therefore developed a formal Code of Coduct modeled on that of Alberta Golf that provides a set of guidelines for the young men and women that wish to compete in McLennan Ross Sun Junior Golf Tour events.
