Another one of the charter members of the Tour.  But the course as it exists today bears little resemblance to the course as we first found  in 1996.  The front nine has been virtually completely rebuilt, with all new greens and tees.  Although not overly long  - even from the tips it's only about 6,200 yards - the course has an abudance of water hazards and bunkers to snag errant shots.

The Nanton event has long been the final event on the Tour schedule prior to the Tour Championship, but has been moved one week earlier this year as Calgary schools are opening earlier than first planned to accomodate the World Skills competition in the Calgary area.

The 13th hole can be a nasty par-3 if they tuck the pin to the right over the water.

Start time will be a 9:00 a.m. shotgun.

Code of Conduct

The McLennan Ross Sun Junior Golf Tour takes great pride in the quality of its competitors, its host facilities, and the support provided by our Corporate Partners. The efforts of the administrative staff and the volunteers that go into making the Tour so successful demand a very high standard of behavior and decorum from the competitors. We have therefore developed a formal Code of Coduct modeled on that of Alberta Golf that provides a set of guidelines for the young men and women that wish to compete in McLennan Ross Sun Junior Golf Tour events.
